I understand that passports are necessary for international travel, and they must be valid for at least six months beyond the date of departure. Additionally, I am aware that other requirements may include obtaining necessary visas, proof of onward travel, and meeting specific entry or health regulations depending on the destination country.

I understand that final payments are required 30 to 45 days before departure. If the travel dates fall outside of this window, the full payment is due at the time of booking.

I understand that in order to guarantee pricing, all roommates sharing a room must make deposits at the same time.

I understand that a direct invoice will be issued within 24-48 hours of submitting the inquiry, and I have 24 hours to complete the payment to gurantee advertised pricing.
