Making Changes During the initial consultation, the Client will be given an invoice with the price of decoration services and a breakdown of additional rentals based on guest count and other factors. It is the Client's responsibility to check the invoice for accuracy. Decoration packages are priced as-is and can only be customized during initial consultation and enlistment of services. Once a package price has been agreed upon, and Decorator has purchased items Client may not ask for a reduction in price due to no longer needing items or needing fewer items.
In the event that the Decorator deems the event to be unsafe, the
Decorator reserves the right to halt all services rendered if the event has begun. If the event has not begun, then the Decorator will provide
the same services on a different date. If the client or the client's
guests cause the event to become unsafe, then the client will pay any fees (travel, rentals, staff, ect associated with changing the
date of the services. In some instances, the Decorator will ask if the
venue will be providing proper security.
Accidents: We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries related to our decorations caused by mischief or mishandling by clients, guests or site staff. Please, do not allow guests to put latex balloons in their mouths as some Children and Adults have allergic reactions to latex. This group of people should refrain from coming
into contact with latex balloons.
Disclaimer: We use professional equipment and materials as intended for their specific purposes in all designs. To limit your risk of damage, we recommend that all decorations and items remain in the position and location ordered, installed or placed. Any decorations designed for indoor use, shall not be used or templated for outdoors or outdoors in a 4 (four) wall framed structure. Vice versa, decorations designed for outdoor use should not be used/placed indoors.
