      Below you will submit your TEAM ROSTER PROFILE for inclusion in the OKLAHOMA NIKE SHOWCASE PROFILE BOOK.  This book will be provided to all scouts at the event.

      All teams are REQUIRED to complete the TEAM ROSTER PROFILE and UPLOAD as a contingency for participation in the Oklahoma NIKE Showcase. 

      Your team has an option to upload your own unique roster profile or to use the OK Nike Showcase Template provided.  The document must be ONE PAGE.
