After completion of this step you will receive an email verification that will include a link to two very important documents:

1. Game Pass Card - must be presented as digital or hard copy before each match.
2. Parking Passes - must be given to each family in your team for placement in windshields.

CHECK-IN AGREEMENTS
1. I verify that our team roster will be updated and uploaded to the tournament registration portal via this online checkin. This roster will contain all players who will participate in the event.*

2. I verify that every player listed on the roster is of the correct age for the age division they are participating in this event. Each player's listed birthdate on the team roster is correct. Only players listed on the team roster will participate. I verify each player participating is registered in the upcoming current seasonal year, or was registered in the previous seasonal year, and is of good standing, and is insured.*

3. I verify that our team has in possession a proof of birth for every player participating in this year's event. That proof of birth is either in the form of birth certificate, ID Card, Driver's License, or current/past player pass.*

4. I verify that our team has in possession a medical release/waiver document (either USYS or US Club). We will keep these on hand at all times during our team's participation so that if needed they can be produced at the fields.*

5. I UNDERSTAND THAT THE TOURNAMENT EVENT DOES NOT OFFER INSURANCE ADDITIONAL TO THE INSURANCE PROVIDED BY OUR PLAYER'S REGISTRATION AND THAT WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING THIS INSURANCE VIA PROPER PLAYER REGISTRATION VIA OUR HOME CLUB'S REGISTRAR*

All parking passes are good for the entire WSA ROUNDROBIN EVENT.

Complete form. Enter payment information after hitting submit. You will then receive an email containing the link and a password that will allow you to log in to PRINT your team set of parking passes.

PARKING PASS TEAM PRICING STRUCTURE:
PRE-PURCHASE TEAM SET & ONLINE PRINTING. Approximate price per family will be $5 per pass (4v4 team = $20; 7v7 team = $35; 9v9 team = $45; 11v11 team = $55).

DEADLINE: WEDNESDAY, JULY 26

ON SITE PARKING PASS PRICE: Purchase day of event, on site, for $10 per pass. Parking passes will be available to purchase on site the days of the event for $10/pass. Cash only. This option is only available to non participating teams.

Each team order allows you to print passes for each team member on your team. Each pass printed will contain a bar code which will help tournament officials quickly move cars through lines.

PLEASE BE SURE YOUR TEAM MEMBERS ARE AWARE TO PLACE THE PRINTED PASS WITH BAR CODE IN THE FRONT WINDSHIELD AREA OF THEIR CAR WHEN ENTERING THE PARKING AREA.

ATTENTION: Failure to complete online check-in, including parking pass payment, roster submission, and all team verification steps in the online process, will potentially invalidate your team's tournament results.
