If you have bought your entrance ticket at the cash desk at the playcenter, we will help you direct! Contact one of the staff and they will help Refunds of the entrance ticket only take place when you show the staff that you purchased a pass. Refunds at the playcenter can only be the same day as the visit.
Conditions for Upgrading to Seasonal Pass
- Refund of entrance ticket purchased online for upgrade to pass is made via the form below.
- The form below MUST be completed and submitted no later than THE SAME DAY you visit the playcenter and use the pre-purchased ticket for which you want a refund.
- It may take a few days for your refund to be processed. It may also take a few more days for a refund to appear in your account depending on your payment method.
- When your refund is processed, we will check that there is one (or more) seasonal pass(es) on your Family account.
- Make sure to buy a pass on your Family account no later than the day of the visit for which you want a refund.
- Refunds are made for the number of children you select below and for whom you also purchased a seasonal pass, as well as for a maximum of 2 adults per purchased seasonal pass.
