1. Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 advance notice for any session cancellation. Notice should be provided by phone or text message.
2. Late Cancellation: If a client fails to provide the required notice or cancels a session within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the client will be charged the full session fee.
3. Rescheduling: If a client wishes to reschedule a session, they must provide the required notice as specified in this policy. Rescheduling is subject to trainer availability.
4. Trainer Cancellation: In the event that the personal trainer needs to cancel a session, the trainer will provide the client with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice whenever possible. If a session is canceled by the trainer, the client will have the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost or receive a full refund for the canceled session.
5.Emergency Situations: In the case of an unforeseen emergency, or medical exceptions to this cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of the personal trainer.
6. No-Shows: If a client fails to show up for a scheduled session without providing any prior notice, the client will be charged the full session fee and the session will be considered forfeited.
7. Payment: Any cancellation fees incurred as a result of late cancellations or no-shows will be billed to the client and must be paid before scheduling any future sessions.
