How has UAY impacted your life? *

The UAY LGBTQ+ Peer Leadership postiions are a four month commitment in Fall 2024 will begin October 1 and end on January 31, 2025. Trainings are held on Thursday afternoons from 4:30p-6:00p and attendance is required unless you have made other arrangements. Peer Leaders will be asked to work with UAY staff to practice and develop leadership skills. These times are considered to be your work "shifts" and attendance is required unless you have communicated with your supervisor ahead of time. Schedules will be given to you in advance and will take in to consideration your needs as much as possible. You will be paid a monthly stipend of $150 for your participation and completion of Peer Leadership activities.
