2. Applicants must be employed full-time by a real estate management or development company or have been employed in a real estate related role within a government agency, corporate facility, or other similar organization. 
   
   1. Applicants cannot be employed by a company that primarily provides products and/or services to real estate management or development companies.
3. Applicants must have 24 months of employment (consecutive not required) with a real estate management or development company or have been employed in a real estate related role within a government agency, corporate facility, or other similar organization.
