All international travel must receive pre-approval by the Office of International Affairs (OIA) and the Office of the Provost. To avoid delays, other international travel requests should be made at least sixty (60) business days in advance of the planned departure date. The international travel checklist for other individual/business related international travel is a guide to properly submit required documents for other international travel approval.
Travelers must submit a Single PDF Document to the OIA but submitting the checklist here that includeseach component listed below. Upon approval from OIA, the single PDF must be uploaded as a Pre-Approval Travel packet in ChromeRiver for appropriate routing and final approval by the Office of the Provost. Decisions regarding final approval of international travel will be determined and communicated by the Office of the Provost.
**Student travelers must follow a different set of protocols that can be found in section Education Abroad. **
