  • Your dream vacation is just a form away! Before we start, there are some things we should go over:

    • Please fill out this form as accurately and fully as possible! The information you put here is what I use to build your dream vacation, so the more the merrier!
    • I will do my absolute best to work within your budget, and I prioritize finding the best value for your money. However, please be reasonable with how much you'd like to spend! Longer vacations and rural/less common destinations will typically cost more, as will last-minute vacations.
    • I will provide a rough estimate of the total vacation cost as well as my fee (never more than $50) once I receive this form. These amounts are not guaranteed and are subject to change, but I will try my best to stay around this price!
    • I do require a $10 deposit on lengthier/more intricate trips. This deposit is non-refundable.  I will not start planning the trip until I receive the deposit. I will let you know in my initial email whether or not a deposit is required along with my estimate of cost and timing. 
    • While I'm building your trip and sending ideas, you can absolutely tell me if you don't like an aspect (or multiple!). This is your trip, and I want to make it as perfect for you as I can.

  • I understand that if I am travelling internationally, all travellers must have a valid passport with an expiry date of at least six months after my trip end date. I understand that Dream Travel is not responsible for any delays, fees, or other disruptions that may occur due to invalid or expired passports.*

  • I understand that Wonderful Travel is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, disruptions, or other incidents that occur during my trip. I understand that I am responsible for making all flights, buses, and any other reservations during my trip. I understand that missing such reservations may incur additional fees, which I am wholly responsible for.*
