    This application form is for the NOV 14TH EVENT. Thank you for your interest in participating in our FALL FESTIVAL. Submission does not confirm your market space. You will receive an email before JUNE 15th, if not sooner, letting you know if your application was accepted; you will receive an email from JOTFORM indicating that we have received your application. We strive to have a variety of vendors and products; KHM has the right to accept or deny any application to best fill our market.

  • Please select ALL BOOTH SIZES that will work for you. The more options you choose the more likely you will get a booth; we strive to get our vendors their largest booth size choice but we cannot ensure that you will get the size of your choice; we have very limited space. If you only choose the 10x10 you will not receive a booth.

    Fees due AFTER you are selected.
    *NON REFUNDABLE booth fees have been added as we are hoping to avoid no-shows and last minute cancelations. These minimal fees will be used to cover events costs. We will collect booth fees after you have been notified of your selection; fees will be due on JUNE 20th or within 5 days of receiving your acceptance email or your booth will be forfeited.*

  • We are in need of a 10-15 volunteers! Application preference given to those who offer their time (EXAMPLES: helping set up on Friday afternoon, helping direct vendors to their
    booth space on Friday evening, clean up after the market).
    Approx 45 mins of your time. Volunteers can set up early.
