Liability Waiver

I hereby certify that my child(ren) is/are in good physical condition and do/does not suffer from any disability that prevents or limits his/her participation in all activities conducted by New Life Academy. I acknowledge that New Life Academy will not assume any responsibility or liability for personal injury or damages caused by the injury. In the event New Life Academy is unable to reach a parent, guardian or any emergency contact, I hereby give permission for my child(ren) to be transported to the nearest hospital for treatment in case of an accident or emergency. I hereby further authorize(s) any of the staff or employees to provide for, approve and authorize health care at hospital.

Refunds

The registration fee is non refundable. This fee goes towards computers and supplies needed for the classroom to make the school year successful.

School Policy and Procedures

 

Communication:

All communication with your child's teacher will be through the Procare App. We will no longer communicate through text as this can make things confusing. Please message through Procare all questions and concerns.

Uniforms:

Uniforms are required.

Girls: Skirts, dresses, and sleeved shirts

Boys: Pants, and sleeved shirts

Colors: Grey, black, blue, white, khaki.

 

 

Rules and Expectations:

Rules and expectations set in the classroom must be followed.

If your child  is caught disobeying the rules there will be consequences that are clearly defined in the classroom by the teacher. If your child(ren) continue(s) to misbehave expulsion is not excluded.

 

Registration Fee: $270.00 per child. Registration is due August 14, 2023.

Tuition: 

 

Church Members:

Tuition $2160.00 per year. New Life Academy offers a payment plan of $240.00 per month. Holidays have been deducted from total tuition. Weather days will not be discounted. Tuition is due on the first of each month. You can make payment through your Procare app. 

Non-Church Members:

Tuition $2700.00 per year. New Life Academy offers a payment plan of $300.00 per month. Holidays have been deducted from total tuition. Weather days will not be discounted. Tuition is due on the first of each month. You can make payment through your Procare app.
