PURCHASE TERMS
• All purchases of hair extensions are final. Hair extensions are non-refundable and not eligible for exchanges or returns for any reason, including change of mind, dissatisfaction with color, length, texture, or any perceived differences from expectations.
• Once hair extensions have been ordered and/or installed, the purchase cannot be canceled.
INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE
• I understand that proper maintenance is essential for the health of both my natural hair and my extensions.
• Maintenance appointments are recommended every 6 to 9 weeks. Neglecting these appointments may result in damage, matting, or premature wear of the extensions.
• The average lifespan of hair extensions is 6 to 8 months, depending on care, lifestyle, and maintenance.
• Installation service fees are separate from the cost of the hair and will be discussed at the time of booking.
CARE & RESPONSIBILITY
• I understand I am solely responsible for the care and upkeep of my extensions. This includes but is not limited to:
• Brushing daily with a recommended extension brush.
• Avoiding products with sulfates, oils, or alcohol at the roots or bonds.
• Following all aftercare instructions provided by my stylist.
• Fringe’d is not responsible for issues resulting from improper care, at-home removal, heat damage, or chemical services performed outside of Fringe’d.
COLOR & TEXTURE
• Hair extensions are made from human hair; however, natural variations in color, texture, and wave pattern may occur.
• I understand that extension hair may fade or change over time due to sun exposure, heat styling, or product use.
RISKS & LIABILITY
• I acknowledge that there is a risk of damage or breakage to my natural hair if proper care is not followed.
• I release Fringe’d and my stylist from any liability for damage to my hair or scalp due to the installation, wearing, or removal of extensions, provided proper care instructions have been given.
• I understand that results vary from person to person and no guarantee is made regarding longevity, color match, or overall outcome.
BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS
• This form must be acknowledged and signed prior to booking an installation appointment.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the final service total.
• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiting the deposit.
