Connect with Intention around the Mental Wellbeing of our Veteran Community Summit.

- Lincoln Center, 417 W Magnolia St. Fort Collins
A summit day to convene Veterans, those who have served in the Military, Families and Caregivers of Veterans, and Veteran-specific service-providers around mental wellbeing, effective intervention, and sustainable, enjoyable, self-tending activities. Lunch provided by Veteran-owned local business, The Snack Attack. Morning sessions will include informational sessions about suicide prevention, access to care, and harm reduction. The afternoon sessions will be experiential activities to create new opportunities for belonging and connectedness within the local Veteran community and informed providers. If adult family or caregivers plan to attend, please fill out a separate form for them.
