Overview: Per regulation § 205.402 of the National Organic Program, the applicant may withdraw its application at any time. An applicant who withdraws its application shall be liable for the costs of services provided up to the time of withdrawal of its application.

If you no longer wish to continue your application for organic certification, you must complete this form in its entirety to properly withdraw from the USDA’s National Organic Program application with Organic Certifiers. If you do not properly withdraw your application for certification, you will be subject to a non-compliance, denial of certification and/or potential fees.
