    After this we will take your photo(s) and information to calculate an upfront total. We will also ask any questions, iterations, or feedback on your project. Once you pay the total, we will then begin the creation process!

You are also allowing ROO Creations to have access to your photos and use your project for promotional use on our platforms, unless directed otherwise.

  • Please notice: Tax (~7.25%) and a third party transaction fee surcharge (2%) are automatically added to every order. There are no refunds or returns. ROO Creations is subject to artistic interpretation, time-constraints, and differing expertise due to freelance dependence. Your portrait drawing will be assigned to the artist that fits it best or upon specific request. Please allow at least a month for your portrait drawing to be created unless stated otherwise. All shipping, handling, and courier delivery times are outside of our control. Due dates are prioritized, but not promised. All customers follow a waiting list based upon ordering time.
