Dream Travel Vacations Trip Planning

This is just to get started and in most cases I will ask for additional information. Currently, I am only booking Cruises, & International trips, along with Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and the Virgin islands. I am NOT booking any domestic trips such as Miami, Chicago, Vegas, Texas Etc. Please know that if you are going on an international trip passports are needed by the day of departure but not in order to book. Also If you are booking a cruise please note airfare is NOT included, clients are responsible for flights to and from their port location. I strongly suggest flying in a day before the cruise sails in case of any flight delays to prevent missing out on the cruise.

 **For places such as Bali,Thailand, Dubai,etc Please have at LEAST 7 days. The flight can take up to 2 days to arrive and you still need time to enjoy the trip/country. 

PLEASE NOTE: All resorts in Puerto Rico, and Hawaii will have a Deposit due at check in (This is refunded at check out and usually runs about $100 a night) & a resort fee due at check in (this is NOT refunded and usually runs about $50-$60 a night) these prices are NOT made up by me but the resort. Please double check with me about the cost so you will know at check in.

Doing research I am spending time looking into all the best possible options for your trip because of that, a $50 non refundable fee is needed in order for me to get started. After the fee is paid, my research will begin. This provides you with my services + three options for you to look at/over to best pick your stay. Once you pick the option you like best, we can proceed with getting your Dream Vacation booked. MOST trips have deposit options and/or payment plans. Most deposits are $200-$300 down per person to lock in and the remaining balance is due 45-30 days before departure. It all depends on what type of trip/ where you are heading.  

PS. If you change anything after a quote is done that would require me to redo a quote, an additional $15 is due 

 After all of the information is sent to me. Quotes will be over to you within 3-5 days from that day. Please be looking out for the quote in your email.

PSA: 90% of the times you make a change the price will be different. This can result in an increase or decrease in the price. Removing someone, adding someone, name changes, changing dates, adding a room, changing resorts etc. Please understand that before inquiring about changes. Also from now on I will have the same amount of time I ask for a quote (3-5 days) to make a change. I will get back to the client after its done. If a fee applies on the airlines end I will let you know.
