Gastrointestinal Expertise (Hybrid or Telehealth)
We are looking for a part-time GI Registered Dietitian to join our team!

Job details

- This part-time position is ideal for licensed Registered Dietitians (RD) looking for a secondary income or those who wish to grow in MNT specializations by gradually increasing work hours without committing to 100% work outside of their home.

- This position requires at least 3 years of proven expertise in gastrointestinal conditions (IBS, Ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, etc), elimination diet, food sensitivities, among other medical conditions for adults, kids and pregnant women.

- This RD will specialize in using nutrition as therapy for individuals with mainly gastrointestinal disorders, providing MNT by conducting detailed nutrition assessments, developing care plans, monitoring an evaluating on-going nutrition medical condition, and providing nutrition education, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

. Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

. Must have a current license in the State of Georgia.

. Strong background in dietetics and nutrition. Master's Degree, preferred

. Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) or Certified Functional RD, preferred

. Must be able to work independently, and to document in a timely manner patient’ records and documentation.

. Integrity in commitment to the position, patient care and continued learning.

Schedule

. Job type - Part-time

. Shift and schedule - Monday to Friday. Virtual Flexible scheduling, no nights, weekends, or holidays required.

. Location - Hybrid or Telehealth

Benefits and Compensation
- Hybrid - 4 to 6 days/month in office and Flexible hours for virtual follow ups. The Hybrid position is an Independent Contract (1099 form) for a trial period of 4 to 6 month and after that is W2 employment.
- W2 - Support for licensure reimbursement
- For Telehealth position - (6 - 20 hs/week). This position is Independent Contract (1099 form)
- Competitive compensation - starts at $42.00 per patient seen based on qualifications and experience. The salary structure is based on the number of monthly visits made, which increases with greater numbers of visits.

- Focus on patients, one-on-one nutrition counseling sessions

- We have an entire scheduling department who handles insurance and medical billing on the back end.

- You will be paid independently if insurance covers or not the visit.

- The practice provides the EMR, Full-time Assistant and secure messaging.
