    • A structured and periodized 12-week coaching system designed to progressively improve physique, strength, and consistency
    • Accountability and adherence support through coaching systems and communication channels

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS – BUILT IN 60

    1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW: By enrolling in Built In 60 by Coach Vin, the Client acknowledges that this is a structured 1:1 online coaching program designed to provide individualized training guidance, nutrition support, accountability, educational resources, and physique development support. The program may include customized training programming, nutrition guidance, progress monitoring, check-ins, communication support, and educational materials. This coaching service is educational in nature and does not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or licensed nutritional therapy.

    2. TERMS OF AGREEMENT: By enrolling in Coach Vin’s Coaching Program, the Client fully understands that they are required to provide accurate and necessary information to help ensure safety during physical activity. The Client acknowledges responsibility for undergoing any necessary health checks and understands the inherent risks associated with participating in exercise and physical training. The Client further understands that adherence to the customized program and regular communication are important for maximizing effectiveness and coaching accuracy.

    3. NO GUARANTEES (RESULTS DISCLAIMER): Results are not guaranteed and will vary from client to client. Outcomes depend on multiple factors including but not limited to adherence and consistency, sleep quality, stress levels, training execution, recovery, communication honesty, and lifestyle behaviors. No specific physique, fat loss, muscle gain, or performance outcomes are promised or assured under any circumstances. Coach Vin does not control or verify every aspect of the Client’s execution outside of coaching communication and therefore cannot guarantee outcomes.

    4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY: The Client is responsible for accurately communicating injuries, medical conditions, training history, progress updates, nutrition adherence, and other relevant information. The Client is also responsible for completing workouts safely, following coaching guidance appropriately, and maintaining consistent communication throughout the coaching period. Failure to comply with recommendations, check-ins, or communication expectations may negatively impact results and limits Coach Vin’s responsibility for outcomes.

    5. HEALTH DISCLAIMER: This coaching service is intended for educational and informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Clients with injuries, illnesses, cardiovascular conditions, physical limitations, or other health concerns are strongly advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before participation. Physical activity carries inherent risks including injury, illness, or complications, and the Client voluntarily assumes all associated risks.

    6. COACHING COMMUNICATION: Communication and support are provided through platforms designated by Coach Vin, including but not limited to Instagram, WhatsApp, Viber, email, or shared coaching systems. Response times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on coaching workload, business hours, emergencies, holidays, or availability. Coaching communication is intended for reasonable accountability and support purposes only and does not constitute 24/7 access or emergency support.

    7. CHECK-INS AND ACCOUNTABILITY: Clients are responsible for submitting check-ins, progress updates, body metrics, and requested information consistently and on time. Delayed or missed check-ins may affect the effectiveness, quality, and timing of coaching adjustments.

    8. PERSISTENT ABSENCES: For the 12-week Built In 60 Program, if there is no communication, tracking, or response from the Client for 3 consecutive weeks, coaching will be considered fully lapsed and terminated. In all cases, Clients are encouraged to communicate schedule conflicts, travel, emergencies, or personal circumstances in advance so adjustments or temporary pauses may be discussed accordingly.

    9. ABSENCES AND ADJUSTMENTS:
    - If the Client becomes sick or physically unable to train safely, the program may be adjusted for up to 1 week to support recovery.
    - If the Client informs Coach Vin ahead of time regarding an upcoming absence, travel period, or scheduling conflict, coaching adjustments or temporary pauses may be arranged where appropriate.
    - If no prior notice or communication is provided, coaching and program timelines will continue as originally scheduled.

    10. PAYMENT POLICY: Coaching fees must be paid in full and on time according to the agreed arrangement. Failure to complete payment may result in delayed services, paused coaching access, or coaching termination.

    11. EARLY WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY:
    - If the Client decides to voluntarily withdraw from coaching, an 80% refund may be issued only within the first 7 days from official enrollment date.
    - No refunds will be issued after the initial 7-day period under any circumstances.
    - Any customized training program, coaching materials, educational resources, or systems already delivered shall be considered complimentary and non-returnable.

    12. TERMINATION OF COACHING: Coach Vin reserves the right to pause or terminate coaching without refund if the Client engages in disrespectful behavior, harassment, dishonesty, repeated non-compliance, abuse of communication channels, or conduct deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the coaching relationship.

    13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All coaching materials, systems, spreadsheets, training structures, educational resources, videos, and documents provided by Coach Vin remain the intellectual property of Coach Vin. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, copy, leak, or commercially use any coaching material without written permission.

    14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Vin shall not be liable for injuries, health complications, lack of results, exercise-related incidents, misuse of coaching information, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in Built In 60. Participation is voluntary and all risks are assumed by the Client.

    15. NO PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL RELATIONSHIP: Enrollment in Built In 60 does not establish a physician-patient, dietitian-client, therapist-client, or licensed healthcare relationship. All coaching guidance is educational and informational only.

    16. AGREEMENT: By enrolling in Built In 60, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions outlined above.
