Procedures involving needles:

Lipoderm bases must be fully cleaned prior to laser procedures do to the lipid content. Plasticized bases are recommended for laser procedures.

- These preparations do not risk extreme heating during laser procedures due to their lack of lipids.

These bases must be rubbed in, simply applying a layer does not assist in absorption. The active massaging of the base into the skin is what helps these to properly penetrate
Typical onset is 15-20 minutes. Best to leave for 30 prior to deep needling.
Which formulation should I choose?
- From a compounding pharmacist with 12 years dispensing and testing these meds. "I have seen these formulations used year in and year out. People increasing the amounts and messing with them.
