Kindly inform us by emailing vendor-licensing@deltabetapsi.org once you have sent your sample and provide a tracking number if applicable.

A sample item of your design work can be a t-shirt, mug, key ring or koozie etc.

We will notify you by email once a decision has been made.

In addition to the conditions set forth, the parties agree as follows:

1. Vendor shall submit a detailed list of merchandise to be sold which displays the name, letters, insignia, etc. of Delta Beta Psi Sorority, Inc. A sample of the vendor's work must be provided before approval is granted.

2. Delta Beta Psi Sorority, Inc. has the right to inspect the Vendor's merchandise, and if it does not approve of the quality of the merchandise or the pictures and wording the sorority has the right to have the vendor remove the merchandise from it's store whether physical or online.

3. It is understood and agreed that this agreement may not be transferred or assigned by the Vendor without the written consent of Delta Beta Psi Sorority, Inc. The sorority reserves the right to withdraw any license of a vendor that violates the policies and procedures of the sorority.

4. Should a product be defective or incorrect in anyway, the client must receive an acceptable exchange or adjustment within a 30-day period.

5. Delta Beta Psi Sorority, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the Vendor's license upon failure of Vendor to comply with any condition of said License or any provision of this agreement.
