Thank you for your interest in booking yoor special event at Horses4Heroes' Las Vegas Family Equestrian Center. We are open Tuesday-Saturday, we are closed on Sundays. Events are best booked in the morning or early afternoon. Always best to email us to check availability for your date. Please email horses4heroes@gmail.com for more information or fill out this form. We will contact you within 24 hours.

PARTICIPATION IS FOR MEMBERS ONLY: Are you a Horses4Heroes member?

Not a member? Please visit www.horses4heroes.org and join. Membership is FREE to Active Duty, Veterans, First Responders, National Guard and Reserve; teachers (CCSD, private, parochial, charter, homeschool), and Healthcare Professionals or $50 to join as a Friend.

$50 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. You can pay via cash, credit card, VENMO or corporate check. Balance is due the day of the event. Should the party be cancelled by either party (due to weather, illness), the party can be rebooked within 60 days, as space is available. All packages include:
* Three hours in our center
* Covered Picnic area (with misters and heaters), tables and chairs (seating for 100)
* Horse Rides, time with farm animals, activities with miniature horses; hay ride, bounce house
* On-site parking limited to 30 cars; larger parties need to hire Valet Parking or Shuttles. All packages can be customized; Day at the Ranch packages may or may not include food.

We no longer allow pinatas, confetti or glitter/confetti filled balloons.
