Tattoo Request Form: Custom & Flash

Important Information
Hiyo! I'm Drip. Thanks for considering me for your next tattoo!

Rate & Payment:

My rate is $250/hr with a minimum of $250.

Half day session: 1.5 - 3 hours ~$250 - $750
Full day session: 4 - 6 hours ~ $1000 - $1500

The final price will vary depending on the size, placement, and amount of detail in the design. A price estimate will be given to you in the confirmation email.

If you are booking a touch up for a tattoo that I've done, the first session is free. Any other session after that is $50.
Touch ups on tattoos I did NOT create are $150.

A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required in order to confirm your appointment. This can be paid with either Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.

Cash is the preferred method for final payment. Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle is also accepted.

Design policy:

Designs will be shown at the time of the appointment. There will be plenty of time to make any changes you desire during that time.

Late policy:
- If you suspect that you will be more than 15 minutes late, please send me an email.
- If you need to cancel, please email me at least 48 hours ahead of time.
- If you do not call and you do not show up, then you surrender your deposit and have greatly disappointed me.
