    Life happens! I respectfully request a 24hr notice of cancellation or rescheduling from the appointment date set. This allows a respected time frame for the potential of another guest to fill the appointment spot. 

    If you cancel less than 24hrs from the appointment time a 50% non-refundable deposit of the service will be required for future bookings. 

    No call - No shows will require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the service for future bookings. Frequent/Continued cancellations/no shows will result in the removal of scheduling permanently.
