TRAINING REIMBURSEMENTS

All reimbursements must be submitted within 30 days of the check off class as noted on the AKC submission form
Receipt and proof of completion must be uploaded here. If it is not 100% clear it will need to be sent via email
Contract must be on file to be reimbursed
All reimbursement is submitted via zelle
Reimbursement amount is up to $100 per class
If desired, AKC # can be obtained through AKC PALS. We do not supply the AKC #
AKC STAR must be a group class that is COMPLETED no later than 6 months old
AKC CGC must be a group class that is COMPLETED no later than 11 months old
Discounted puppies or puppies who have had any type of reimbursement (outside of the training reimbursement) are not eligilble for training reimbursement
We reimburse via zelle monthly. It may take up to 7 weeks for reimbursement depending on when you submitted the form.
