    If you are a current student and wish to temporarily suspend your studies due to compassionate or compelling circumstances (e.g. medical issues, personal hardship, or other exceptional reasons), please complete this form and provide supporting documentation when prompted.

    All requests are assessed in accordance with ACBI’s policies and relevant regulatory requirements. Submission of this form does not guarantee approval. You will be notified of the outcome via email.

    Important:

    If you have not yet commenced your studies, please complete the Enrolment Deferment Request for New Students form instead.

    International students must be aware that suspension of studies may impact visa conditions.

    Domestic students should check how a suspension may affect their funding (if applicable) or progression.

    Note: The approval of your request is subject to ACBI's Deferment, Suspension and Cancellation Policy & Procedure available on the ACBI website.
