  • Introduction

    This form enables a student to formally request a refund of fees paid, in accordance with ACBI's Refund Policy and Procedure. It ensures that refund requests are documented, evaluated, and processed fairly and consistently, meeting compliance obligations under Standard 2.1 of the Standards for RTOs 2025 and the National Code 2018 – Standard 3.

    1. Applications for refunds may take up to 28 working days to be processed. Refer to the Refund Policy & Procedure on the ACBI website for further details.

    2. Refunds will be made payable to the student and sent to the student. An explanation as to how the refund was calculated will be forwarded with the payment.

    3. Attach any relevant supporting evidence required (e.g. withdrawal request form, medical documentation) when prompted.

    1. Refunds will be paid in Australian dollars to the specified bank account below. If the bank account is an overseas account, any additional costs will be deducted from the original refund amount. If the refund payment is rejected by the overseas bank, any administration costs will be deducted from the original refund amount.
    2. If you wish a person other than you to be credit the refund amount, this should be indicated below.
