RELEASE/ DISCLAIMER:  By participating in this event, I hereby authorize Ovaarcome Cancer Corporationh to use my likeness and family in a photograph or video  in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all Ovaarcome Cancer Corporation printed and digital publications.  I understand and agree that any photograph using my likeness and/or the minority members of my party/ family will become property of Ovaarcome Cancer Corporation  compensation. I hereby irrevocably authorize Ovaarcome Cancer Corporation to edit, alter copy, exhibit or distribute these photos for purposes of publicizing Ovaarcome Cancer Corporation programs or for any other lawful purpose.  In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written and electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears.  Additionally I waive any right to royalties or any other compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs. I understand that my participation is AT MY OWN RISK, and hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Ovaarcome Cancer Corporation  from all claims, demands, and cause of action, which I, administrators or any other persons acting on my behalf or behalf of Ovaarcome have or may have by reason of this authorization.
