Ordering & Mailing Process
Each order comes with freebies. All products are on a pre-order or interest check basis. Please understand that I work with a lot of different manufacturers so please keep in mind that different products will require different MOQs. Because of this, I need to fulfill a certain number of slots before I can proceed to order the products and have them made. Once all slots have been filled and all order forms have been received, I will start requesting payment. Once all payments have been received, I will then order the products. When I have received the products from my manufacturer, I will be shipping the products out as soon as I can. I will also be posting updates about the production and progress of products on my Instagram story. Upon request I can send a separate email or DM on your preferred social to notify you when your order has been shipped.
Disclaimer:
The Big Hug Shop is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they have been dropped off at the post office. I make sure that each order is packed as best as I can to ensure that it gets to you safely. Once I ship the package, anything that happens after that is completely out of my hands and isn't my fault or responsibility.
