    If you are unable to commence your course on the scheduled start date, you may apply to defer your enrolment by submitting this form. Deferment requests must be supported by valid reasons and, where applicable, supporting documentation (e.g. medical certificate, visa delay, or evidence of compassionate or compelling circumstances).

    Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee approval. All requests will be assessed in accordance with our Student Deferment, Suspension and Cancellation Policy & Procedure and relevant regulatory requirements.

    This form is for use by both domestic and international students. If you are an international student, please be aware that deferment may affect your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) and student visa obligations.

    Ensure all sections are completed and include any supporting documents. Incomplete applications may result in processing delays or refusal.

    The approval of your request is subject to the Student Deferment, Suspension, and Cancellation Policy & Procedure available on the ACBI website.

    Your request will be processed within ten (10) working days from the day it is submitted. If you have any questions or concern, please contact Admissions by emailing admissions@acbi.edu.au.
