Refunds will not be granted for any reason, so be sure you wish to enroll before you make your payment.
Before filling out this form, gather a photo to upload for us and we will use the photo on your Student ID Card/s. Photo should be a close up of your face, and have a neutral background (if possible).

Student ID Cards are included with Enrollment Fee and are valid for 4 years.

Note that we have our Graduation Ceremony annually in June, at which time you will receive your Certificate and Student ID Card, provided you have completed your Program prior to the current year's June Graduation Ceremony. So, we suggest you complete your Program Studies prior to June of any given year. If you wish for your Certificate and Student ID Card other than being presented at our Graduation Ceremony in June annually, please let us know. Also note, that if you wish your Certificate to be framed, there is a Shipping Fee, which is determined by your Shipping Location.
