Please help the Booker Prize Foundation by providing as much information in the entry form as you can. While not all of the author and translator personal data fields are marked as required, we ask for this information for use in any public statements we make about the prize, for example the longlist announcement. We will also share relevant information with media for their guidance at an appropriate time. Please ensure that you have the sufficient authority from the author and translator to enable you to provide this information for this purpose. We will check any author and translator pronouns are up to date before making any public announcements.
Should any information be made available to you during the prize process that is embargoed, the Booker Prize Foundation will do so on the basis this it must not be disclosed to any third party outside of your organisation and should be shared with anyone within your organisation on a strictly need-to-know basis, until the embargo date and time. By completing this entry form, you confirm that you/the publicist and/or editor accept responsibility to ensure the embargo is observed.
Please note: if you are submitting more than one book, please complete a new form for each book.
