I am aware of the dangers of attending a CHEER event on any particular date. I promise not to hold CHEER, its officers, agents, or volunteers liable or pursue legal action against them. This waiver absolves CHEER of any duty for injuries sustained on the premises before, to, during, or after the activity.
By signing this agreement, I agree to hold CHEER completely harmless, including financial responsibility for any injuries sustained, regardless of the cause or circumstances.
I will do all in my power to obey leaders and all safety requirements, and I will seek clarification if necessary.

I understand that this agreement covers all non-Co-Op activities hosted by CHEER, including, but not limited to, all activities put on by High School, Middle School, and Elementary Teams.
