All applications must be submitted online or via email and must be complete.

Please submit a minimum of 6 pieces of art. The number of pieces displayed will depend on the size of each piece. Each piece of artwork to be displayed must be included in the application.

Please visit the Talent City Hall to see how the hanging system works, and to view the size of the glass shelving in the cabinets. This will help you understand the systems in place for display.

All artwork must be created by the artist and not a copy or reproduction.

Hung artwork must be wired and ready to display at time of application, (NO sawtooth hangers or hooks).

We cannot display items that are too heavy for the hanging system or too large/heavy for the glass shelving. The displayed art may only be hung on the existing system or displayed in the cases. We cannot display on the benches or the floor of the lobby due to liability.

Artists are responsible for installing their work (supervised by a TPAC member) by appointment only and for picking up their work promptly (supervised by a TPAC member) by appointment. Due to limited storage space, there can be no exceptions.

Artwork must be considered "family-friendly" for this location (no nudity/profanity). Racist, sexist, or otherwise discriminatory works are never acceptable.

All artwork must remain on-site for the exhibit dates agreed upon by the artist and the committee. Early removal of work may disqualify artists from future showings.

Artists must supply professional-looking placards or cards for each piece. Suggested information to include: title, dimensions, medium, price (or NFS), description of the inspiration behind the work, and contact information (email, phone, etc.). Placards should be affixed only with white TackyWax (removable art putty).

Artists are encouraged to provide a professional looking statement / bio.
