LGBTQ+ Scholarship Application for Holiday Market 2023

Thank you for your interest in the LGBTQ+ Scholarship for the Fifth Annual Craft Lake City Holiday Market Presented By Google Fiber! This scholarship benefits local makers, with a focus on those who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community, who would like to sell or exhibit their handmade goods at the Holiday Market. This scholarship is open to individuals who are both first-time applicants and returning Holiday Market exhibitors. In order to be considered for this scholarship, interested parties must complete & submit the general Holiday Market application (accessible here) & be juried into the event by a panel of anonymous jurors selected by Craft Lake City. Eligible applicants will be asked to participate in a short interview. Please keep an eye on your email and texts in the coming weeks as we will be reaching out to schedule an interview with all eligible scholarship candidates. If you have previously been selected as a Holiday Market scholarship recipient in past years, you will be ineligible from receiving an additional scholarship this year.

The LGBTQ+ Scholarship includes: waived booth fees for participation in the 5th Annual Craft Lake City Holiday Market Presented By Google Fiber (up to a 10'×10' size booth), 1:1 mentoring with a seasoned DIY Fest or Holiday Market exhibitor, small business training, networking & other business development opportunities. Selected applicants for this scholarship will be notified on September 24, 2023, alongside the general selected exhibitor announcements for the Holiday Market.
