Dance Classes and Events Waiver

Please Read this Dance Class Waiver ("Waiver") carefully and sign it prior to participating in the dance class. This Waiver is a legally binding document that releases Snoho Swing Dance Co. and it's representatives from liability. By signing this Waiver, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to it's terms and conditions.

Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participating in dance classes taught by Snoho Swing Dance Co. and special guests, that it involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, potential injuries, and accidents. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the dance class, including any risks that may arise from the negligence or carelessness of [Your Name/Organization Name] and its representatives. Physical Condition: I represent that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating in the dance class. I will promptly inform the instructor of any changes to my physical condition that may affect my ability to participate.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any dance class, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Snoho Swing Dance Co, its owners, employees, instructors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action that I, my representatives, or any third parties may have for any losses, damages, injuries, or expenses arising out of or in connection with my participation in the dance class. Photographic and Video Release: I grant Snoho Swing Dance Co. the right to take photographs and videos of me during the dance class for promotional and educational purposes. I authorize Stephanie Wislen - Snoho Swing Dance Co. to use such photographs and videos without further notification or compensation. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Waiver shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Snohomish and Skagit Counties.
