The balance will be paid upon completion of the party.
The Process: Upon completing and submitting this form, our staff will check the date for already scheduled events, etc and inform you if there is an issue and try to suggest an alternative option. If there is no issue or conflicting event already scheduled then we will contact you to arrange a visit to our facility to go over policies and procedures and to secure the deposit.
Basic Pricing: Our Party packages cost $325 for a 2 hour event. If more than the recommended party guests attend, a charge of $7 per guest will be added to the balance owed on the day of the party. Also: Included in your Party Fee are 30 minutes of time before the event for setting up and 30 minutes after for removing decorations, gifts, clean up etc without an additional fee.
Party Attire: Comfy clothing to move in, clean athletic shoes (for the adventure parties - no flip flops, crocs, or jellies), dance shoes (for dance parties - not required but recommended).
Party Itinerary/Overview: Our CAA Party Host will help to greet your guests and give them instructions at the start of the party event. Usually our planned activities last approximately one hour to 75 mins. After the planned activities, we suggest your party guests enjoy the refreshments you provide, open gifts, take photos etc. All party guests may participate in the planned activities regardless of gender or experience level. Please keep in mind that our parties are designed with the birthday child in mind, so some activities may not be ideal for younger or older children.
