The undersigned understands that Freightos Hong Kong Limited and its affiliates are relying on the information provided herein in deciding to grant access to the Freightos Platform. The undersigned represents and warrants that the information provided is true and complete and that Freightos may consider it as continuing to be true and correct until a written notice of change is given to Freightos by the undersigned. Freightos is authorized to make all inquiries it deems necessary including but not limited to running sanctioned lists checks and pulling consumer credit reports on any owners or principals of the company in order to verify the accuracy of the statements made herein.
The undersigned confirms that the company listed above, as well as all its partner and subcontracted service providers, comply with all applicable regulations and laws. The company, as well as all partner and subcontracted service providers, maintain adequate insurance coverage. All coverage must remain up to date as long as your company sells on the Freightos Platform. The company will be fully responsible for all actions taken by agents and/or subcontractors on its behalf in fulfillment of its services through the Freightos Platform.
