The Elders of Zion is a Church and not a professional lawn care service. As a community outreach program the church periodically provides courtesy lawn mowing. I understand that this release discharges The Elders of Zion Church from any liability or claim that I may have against the Church with respect to any injury, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from The Elders of Zion Church. This liability waiver and release extends to the Church together with all members and volunteers.
