Standard Research Fee$40.00

Fee covers the time it takes to research an unbeatable deal for your destination and secures you within my schedule to complete your quote. There will NOT be an additional service fee added to your booking (which will be outlined in your booking confirmation.) However, service fees do not go towards your booking (s.) Any services needed below will be charged in addition to the standard research fee.

Weddings Related Events, Family Reunions, Group or Business Travel $60.00

Fee covers quotes for any wedding related events such as proposals/bachelor & bachelorette parties/honeymoons, family reunions, business travel, etc. with more than 10 travelers. This includes cruise parties with over 10 travelers.

Multiple Destinations$25.00

If you are undecided and need quotes for more than one destination, please list up to 2 additional destinations in the same box as the original destination, separated by commas.

Build an Itinerary $20.00

Using your destination, dates, interests, etc., I will construct a custom itinerary for your trip from start to finish. Once it is completed and delivered to you, any changes will require an additional fee. *If this form is being completed for the primary or secondary traveler's birthday trip, DO NOT pay this fee as it is complimentary upon booking.*

Required if you have received your completed itinerary or booked your trip through Elegant Escapes ONLY and you would like to make any changes. **Keep in mind that I cannot make any changes to flights once they have been booked. Please make sure you are filling out this form with the information that matches your passport to avoid any delays.**

This is a quote request for one destination only (unless you have specified otherwise as price will increase for mulitiple destinations.) Pricing and availability are subject to change until booked due to market pricing fluctuations beyond my control. With that in mind, Elegant Escapes Travel encourages you to be payment ready to secure the best price for your budget. Booking your trip in advance increases the option to use flexible payment plans and/or reduced deposits.

By signing your full legal name, you agree to pay the nonrefundable fee(s) applicable to your quote type and request. Fees must be paid prior to any and all research in order to complete your quote. If you do not select the service type applicable to the information you have filled out, you will receive an invoice at your preferred contact method to finish paying for your requested services. You will have 24 hours to complete payment before the quote request is completely voided and another standard research fee will be mandatory to receive a quote.
