A 50% deposit is required once booking is agreed upon. Please ask for payment options. (Ask about our payment plan)
Weather conditions do affect balloons. Please have balloon backdrops/balloons in the shade or indoors for hot days. We are not responsible for balloons popping or deflating if left out in the sun. Backdrops must be set up on level ground due to safety reasons.
