Based on knowledge gained from the Phase I activities of the PLU, create a Plan of Action to start a wellness program for faculty and staff in your school or district.
The Plan of Action will include:
- Action steps
- To whom each step should be directed
- How each step of the plan will be implemented
- Time Frame for implementation of each step
Use the following template for your plan. You may add as many rows as needed for your time frame. Make sure all information is visible in all cells before submitting.
