Cost: $150 per child, sibling discount of $10 per sibling attending

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Payment for camp is due at the time of registration.  The payment is refundable minus a $50 handling fee up to seven days prior to the start date of the camp.  There are no refunds within seven days of the start date of the camp.

Evans Children's Academy / The Poncan Theatre Company, Inc. (ECA) has permission to use any and all photographs taken of my child and to include his/her name in materials that promote ECA services or ECA programs, or to publicize any event without payment or notification.  I understand that all prints and digital files become the sole property of ECA and may be used by the ECA without payment or notification.  I understand that my child will be participating in activites that could include radio or internet coverage.  By attending this camp, you agree to allow their likenesses and images either in audio, photographic or video format recorded onsite to be used by ECA for educational, promotional, marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes.

DISCLAIMER: BY SIGNING THIS LIABILITY RELEASE, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASING AND WAIVING ANY RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINS EVANS CHILDREN'S ACADEMY / THE PONCAN THEATRE COMPANY, INC., EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITIES, CLAIMS, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR UNFORSEEABLE, WHICH IN ANY WAY RELATE TO OR INVOLVE YOU OR YOUR FAMILY MEMBER'S PARTICIPATION AT CAMP.  PARENTS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING PROPER PICK-UP OR STUDENTS FOLLOWING CAMP.
