Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Build 2 Lead Legacy Workshops and Events. We are an organization that is focused on empowering, engaging, and educating community on the systems of criminal justice, education, and healthcare. As a volunteer you are a pillar of our service and we value and thank you for your time!
Video Photo/Video Release form

During the workshops, we will be recording. This recording will be used to highlight the work of B2L to potential funders, community leaders, participants, and external stakeholders.BUILD 2 LEAD will not use this recording to sell products or use your image/likeness for any illegal activities. We will also use pictures and videos to showcase our work on social media for stakeholders and affiliates.This includes: - Marketing for our "B2L Legacy" initiatives. - Fundraising efforts to support community programs and future community stipends and incentives. - Social Media Post (Instagram or Facebook) to showcase the work we are doing to provide innovative experiences and opportunities for the communities we serve. PLEASE read below and move onto the next question: I do hereby certify that I am over the age of 18 years old. I do hereby agree to be videotaped and photographed by Build 2 Lead. I irrevocably give permission for my picture, image, and/or voice to be used, without compensation to me, for any purpose in any photograph, video, recording and/or publication that Build 2 Lead may seek to copyright, use, reuse, broadcast, rebroadcast, publish, and/or republish.I hereby waive the right to inspect, or approve the photograph, video, recording and/or publication in which the my image may be used.
