General Information & Policies Prior to Booking
Please understand this is a general consultation form that was designed so that I can have all the information needed to be best prepared before working with you.

Your session in salon will begin with a full consultation to refine the plan for service, based on the information you provided in your digital consultation form.
APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS All new client color appointments will require a non-refundable $50 booking fee to reserve your service time, which will be applied to your total on the day of your appointment. You will receive an invoice via email for your non-refundable booking fee. Your appointment is not scheduled and confirmed until your non-refundable booking fee is paid. All appointment times are first come first serve. Once your non-refundable booking fee is received you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address you provided. All appointments require a 48 hr notice to cancel or reschedule. In the event a 48 hr notice to reschedule or cancel is not given, the $50 non-refundable booking fee will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. Should you reschedule, your booking fee will then be applied to your new appointment date. *

CONFIRMATION EMAILS & TEXTS As a courtesy, you will receive a text reminder to confirm your appointment 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please make sure to confirm your appointment as soon as you receive the 72 hour text. Two reminder texts will be sent within 48 hours prior to your appointment as a reminder should your confirmation not be received. Please note: that if your appointment is not confirmed by the end of business day 48 hours prior to your appointment, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will need to reschedule. *

RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This includes any changes to the services you originally booked. All requests must be sent in writing via text to 330-664-9305. You’ll receive a confirmation text from me once I’ve received your message. If you don’t get a confirmation, it means your cancellation was not received — please follow up to ensure it goes through.*

LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS I understand that life happens! However, please note that if you arrive late, some or all of your scheduled services may need to be adjusted — and the full service price will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. To help keep everything on track, I kindly ask that you plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early. No-shows will be documented and will result in being unable to book future appointments. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of other guests!*

SERVICE EDITS My goal is for you to leave the salon feeling 100% satisfied with your hair and overall experience. To support this, I send a follow-up text within 48 hours of each appointment to check in and ensure you’re happy with your results.If you feel an adjustment is needed, please reach out within 5 days of your service. Include a brief description of your concern, any supporting photos, and your availability so I can schedule an edit session at no additional cost.Please note: Edits do not apply in cases where a change of mind occurs after the service, or when the desired result was not possible in one session (as discussed during your consultation). An in-salon assessment may be required before booking an edit appointment. Any issues reported after 5 days but within 10 days of your appointment will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may not qualify for a complimentary edit. All edits must be scheduled and completed within 14 days of your original appointment. Rescheduling of edit appointments is not permitted beyond this timeframe. If it is determined at the edit appointment that the original service has been altered in any way (such as through at-home color or treatment), a new service will be required at full cost. This is at the stylist’s discretion based on the original service and result provided. Refunds are not offered on salon services. *

PHOTO POLICY As per salon policy, before and after photos are required of every client to ensure quality results of services provided. In the event a service edit would be necessary, it serves as a record for what services were rendered and the overall outcome. Your face is not required to be in the photos. However record is required to be made of your hair before and after your service. Please note that booking an appointment and sitting in my chair is consenting to before and after photos. I reserve the right to post photos of my work with the exception of a client's face unless given permission by the client. Should you not be comfortable with your face in photos, please inform me at the start of the your appointment and we will avoid any face photos. *

CHILDREN & THE SALON POLICY This notice is written with the utmost respect to all parents. I understand this can be a sensitive subject. I kindly ask that you do not bring any children with you to your appointment. There are many risk factors for children at the salon including sharp tools, hot irons, small spaces, etc. It is a safety risk to bring children to the salon. Please make all childcare arrangements before the day of your appointment to the salon. Please DO NOT bring them to your appointment with you. In the event this happens, you will be asked to reschedule and a fee will be charged to rebook.This policy also applies to extra guests during your salon visit. Please note that only the person receiving a service may be in the salon during said service. Please do not bring friends or family members with you to your appointment. The only exception is those with a medical condition who have a caregiver that must be present with them.*

Upon completing this form, you will be automatically redirected to my online booking site, where you can submit your appointment request. Within 24 hours (M-F or next business day on holidays/ weekends) you will receive either a confirmation email, an email with reasons why your request was denied or an email requesting more information or an in-person consultation prior to booking. Should your form and request be accepted, you will receive a follow-up email with instructions regarding your session and appointment information.
