Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment. A cancellation within the 48 to 24 hour window will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Less than 24 hours or a no show will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service.
Appointment reminders are sent out at time of booking, 72 hours prior and also at 48 hours before.
All guests are required to have a valid card on file, adding a card on file means that you agree to the above cancellation policy.
