  • Introduction

    1. Applications for refunds may take up to 28 working days to be processed. There is an Administration Charge to be paid by the student. Refer to the Cancellation and Refund Policy on the AIBI website.

    2. Refunds will be made payable to the student and sent to the student. An explanation as to how the refund was calculated will be forwarded with the payment.

    3. If withdrawing from a course, then a copy of the Application for Withdrawal Form (Form 20) is required to be attached.

  • Section 2: Reason(s) for your refund request

    If you are requesting a refund because you are withdrawing from a course, you must submit a withdrawal request as well. A refund requested will be processed only if your withdrawal request is approved.

  • An administration charge is incurred as explained in:  

    • International Students Tuition and Non-Tuition Fees
    • Domestic Students Tuition and Non-Tuition Fees

    Please ensure you make the payment and upload the relevant proof of payment prior to submitting your request. No requests will be processed unless payment has been received.

  • Section 3: Bank details for refund

    1. Refunds will be paid in Australian dollars to the specified bank account below. If the bank account is an overseas account, any additional costs will be deducted from the original refund amount. If the refund payment is rejected by the overseas bank, any administration costs will be deducted from the original refund amount.
    2. If you wish a person other than you to be credit the refund amount, this should be indicated below.
    3. An explanation as to how the refund was calculated will be forwarded with the payment.
