General Information
- On the day of the event, all services will be performed following a schedule. I ask that you communicate the importance of being on time and properly prepared for each individual receiving services. Should we run late on this schedule, there will be a $15/ hour fee.
- Please inform us ahead of time of any time restrictions, schedule changes, or other situations that would affect the timing of services.
- Last minute services requested on-site may be possible if time allows. All prepaid services will have first priority and we cannot guarantee any other services will be completed. Separate payments may be made for individual services, but must be received before the service is performed.
- Consider wearing clothing that is easy to remove without disturbing hair and makeup (robes or button shirts)
Trial Appointments
- Trial appointment for the bride is included and will be done at Kallos Beauty. If scheduling your trial appointment around bridal portraits or events, please make sure you allow plenty of time for travel. We are not responsible if trial appointments take longer than anticipated. Trials are as much for us, as they are for your wedding day vision. Please be diligent about scheduling your trial appointment as availability is limited.
- Trial appointments may be rescheduled once (with at least 24-hour notice) without a fee. After that, a $50 rescheduling fee will be due. Excessive rescheduling or no-show immediately forfeit the event date and deposit.
Travel, Deposit, Fees & Other Information
- Travel costs will be arranged on a case by case basis
- An initial $90 deposit is required to hold your event date, this deposit will be deducted from the total amount due. Deposits are nonrefundable for any reason and is due at the time of trial.
- Should you for any reason choose to not go forward with wedding day services, $90 trial fee will be due. There will be no further liability to the artist thereafter.

Photography & Images
- Client agrees to provide Kallos Beauty with photo images taken the day of the event.
- Client agrees to the use of images from Kallos Beauty for advertising on websites, social media, or printed ads for promotional services.
Pricing

Bride- $180 (Trial and Bridal Makeup)

Bridesmaids- $70 per person

Mother of Bride/Groom- $70
