Please note that the Relivion MG App is currently incompatible with Android devices running versions newer than Android 13. To use the Relivion device with an Android device, you will need a device with version 13 or earlier. This limitation does not affect Apple iOS devices.

We are actively developing support for Android 14 & 15 and will provide an update soon.

Contraindications

Please review and confirm you do not have any of the following. Please note the Relivion device is worn on the head and can fit a maximum circumference of 23.5 inches (600mm). We have found that people who wear XXL hats are not able to wear the device.
