Enrolment Verification Request

Enrolment verification documents provide proof of your registration status in the selected terms. Students and former students can also use Bear Tracks to request authentic, tamper-evident, and legally valid verification documents through MyCreds.

Enrolment verification documents will not be issued if you have outstanding accounts with any University of Alberta department.

Providing incorrect information will result in delays to your document being issued.

Pickup at Student Service Centre
Processing time is 10 business days. The document will be available for pick up from the Student Service Centre during regular business hours 10 business days after request has been made.

Pickup at Augustana Student Academic Services

Processing time is 10 business days. The document will be available for pick up from the Augustana Student Academic Services Office during regular business hours 10 business days after request has been made.

Regular Mail
Processing time is 10 business days and up to 10 days for mail delivery time (some locations may take longer, Canada Post processing times apply).

Courier
Processing time is 10 business days. Delivery times vary.

For couriers that deliver to a Post Office Box outside of Canada, a street address and a telephone number must be provided. Couriers may not be deliverable to the destination unless these pieces of information are provided.
